I have the 500Gb Tivo .
I programmed my Logitech using that model number before it arrived and it does work - but the 500Gb model is a different model number.

Just to confirm that my Harmony remote works perfectly first time with CT8685 on a 500GB model. If you're programming your Harmony it's listed under PVR.
